The NNG Offshore Wind Farm

The EDF Renewables ‘Strength Of The Wind’ Project, has the potential to generate 450w of renewable energy.

That’s enough power to generate electricity for over 375,000 Scottish households

Neart na Gaoithe (NnG) will offset an estimated 4000,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions each year

The NnG Foundation Cable and Pile Installation:

Will Operate at 15.5km from the coast of Fife Ness and 16km from the Isle of May covering approx 105km2
Consists of 54 8MW Wind Turbine Generators and 2 Offshore Transformer Modules.
These will connect with the mainland at Thorntonloch Beach, East Lothian
